On the southern edge of Lake Ontario along the Irondequoit Bay, Spoleta Construction has erected an impressive, upscale apartment complex. Southpoint Cove at Waters Edge offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom spaces for residents looking for a rental property that is convenient to downtown Rochester. In addition to the beautifully appointed living spaces, the complex also features a community center, complete with a theatre, fitness center, swimming pool, and fully equipped kitchen for large group gatherings.

Pro 5000 Windows and 390 Sliding Glass Door in Parade of Homes

MI Windows and Doors customer Accent Homes used MI products in a recent EL Paso Association of Builders Parade of Homes project. Chosen for their top quality and ease of install, MI’s Professional 5000 windows and 390 Sliding Glass Doors were used for the new build. More than 800 guests attended a Parade event in April that showcased all of the newly completed, fully furnished homes. Accent Homes built their Rio Valley design, a craftsman-style they hope will emit a comforting, familiar feeling that feels like home.

In historic Nazareth, PA, Tuskes Homes has built more than 225 new residences in their Eagles Landing community. Located close to major commuter routes, cultural entertainment and recreational events, the neighborhood features a community park, athletic field and walking trails. The upscale homes that make up the idyllic community feature MI Windows and Doors’ 9555 Double-Hung windows and 910 Sliding Glass doors.

The First Baptist Church is enjoying the benefits of MI Windows and Doors replacement windows. Last August, 80 MI HomeMaker3 horizontal sliding windows were installed as part of a building renovation that updated the property and increased energy efficiency. As part of an extensive renovation project in Austin, Texas, a two-story home on Sunnyvale St. has been outfitted with a 12'x8' XIIP patio door manufactured by MI Windows and Doors (MI). MI's 400 Series aluminum sliding glass door was integral to creating openness on the first floor of the home. Originally purchased as an investment property, the homeowner was so pleased with the results of the remodel that she decided to keep the house as her primary residence.

Energy-Efficient Office


Westover Companies recently experienced dramatic energy saving benefits by installing 514 replacement windows in its office building located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. M's 1650 vinyl picture windows with R-5 extreme glazing and bronze laminate exterior were installed by Multi-Housing Window and Door, Inc. The R-5 glazing package features triple-pane glass, Low-E, and argon gas enhancement, making it one of the most energy-efficient options on the market today.

Nestled on the south side of Blue Mountain, a covered entryway sets the stage for the 4,388-square-foot French country farm house with a mountain stone facade and wisteria-draped pergola. This home features an assortment of MI’s 9000 Series windows, including 9555 Double-Hung and picture windows, 9770 Casement windows, and 9660 Awning windows. All the MI windows used on this project feature argon-enhanced, Low-E glass and the Duralite® warm-edge spacer system.
